The job satisfaction of teachers affects the quality of instruction, teaching effectiveness and personality development of students.
The main objective of the present study was to study the job satisfaction of teacher trainers working in funded and self-funded teacher training colleges. In the current research study, Dr. A total of 465 teacher trainers working in funded and self-funded teacher training colleges affiliated to Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra and Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj University, Kanpur were selected as a sample using random sampling method and lottery method to measure job satisfaction. Dr. Analyzing the data, using a standardized job satisfaction measure developed and validated by Meera Dixit (2013), the unreported results were obtained (1) Difference in job satisfaction of teacher trainers of funded teacher training colleges based on residence, gender and educational experience. There is no significant difference, (11) There is no significant difference in job satisfaction of teacher trainers working in self-financed teacher training colleges on the basis of residence, gender and educational experience while teacher trainers working in funded and self-financed teacher training colleges There is a meaningful gap in society.
