Capacity Building of Library Professionals with Organizational Knowledge & Conflict Resolution

In order to improve library professionals’ ability to solve problems in special attention should
be paid to two main issues- to develop in professional’s problem solving skills through
education, and to look at the difficulties faced by professionals in this area and find ways to
help them overcome these difficulties. Conflict gradually weaken or destroy your
organization's energy and diminish standard of service - and no one is immune. Whether you
are a team leader, a manager or a member of your organization's leadership team, the ability
to handle difficult situations constructively is critical to organization’s success. In this study
