Strategic imperatives of economic systems management in the context of global transformations

The authors of the book have come to the conclusion that to improve the efficiency of managing economic systems in the context of global transformations it is necessary to use modern methods of strategic management and marketing, information technologies. Basic research focuses on assessment the economic results of enterprises, analyzing the financial stability of business, knowledge management and education, corporate culture of logistics companies, development of advertising, differentiation of state revenues, impact of investments in energy saving. The research results have been implemented in the different models of anti-crisis management, business risk management, supply chain management, digital transformation in tourism, and implementation of leadership entrepreneurship. The results of the study can be used in decision-making at the level of international business, ministries and departments that regulate the processes management and development of economic systems, the introduction of information technologies and digitalization of economic systems management.
