Using the possibilities of coffee production in the tourism development

The possibilities of coffee production allow us to develop rural, business, event, educational and excursion types of tourism. The basis of its development is the rural area, where the key conditions necessary for growing coffee and its production are concentrated. It is consist the key areas of e agro-industrial complex in some countries. The subject of the study is coffee production in the tourism development. The purpose of the study is to identify the features and trends of coffee production in the tourism development. The designated goal is achieved by substantiating the study of this problem by well-known scientists in the field of economics and tourism, and various research methods allow us to draw appropriate conclusions concerning the development of the modern world coffee market and certain types of tourism. The authors study the history of coffee origin and determine its main stages of cultivation and distribution around the world. The article presents main «coffee belt of the Earth», where this culture grows, and highlights the leading countries producing coffee. The main emphasis is placed on the fact that the types of tourism that develop based on coffee production can be attributed to niche or specialized tourism. Describing certain types of tourism, the authors note that rural tourism makes it possible to see the areas where coffee grows and participate in its collection. Fairs and exhibitions are of great importance in the framework of business tourism. Specialized excursions and tour routes offer tours of coffee plantations. In event tourism, an important component is the organization and visiting of art exhibitions of paintings created using coffee in different techniques. The article shows the popularity of coffee in different spheres of our life. The authors carried out a SWOT-analysis of tourism development based on coffee production.
