Problems of development of resorts of Krasnodar Krai in conditions of geopolitical instability

Description

The place of the tourist and recreational complex of the Krasnodar Territory in the system of regional tourism in Russia in the conditions of geopolitical turbulence is revealed. The factors that under these conditions positively influenced the dynamics of the development of the regional flow of tourists and the factors constraining this process in this subject of the Russian Federation are identified. The article draws attention to the fact that conditions have been created in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation for the emergence of local foci of excessive tourist flows, leading to a situation of overtourism. The subject of the study is the problems of the development of resorts in the Krasnodar Territory in the conditions of geopolitical instability. Research methods: methods of analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical and monographic methods, comparative analysis. It is established that the tourist and recreational complex of the Krasnodar Territory in 2021 reached the level of development in 2019. It was revealed that the stable segment of the market is tourists with relatively high incomes with an increase in its share in the regional market. The transformation of the tourist flow was found due to the increase in the number of short, frequent tourist trips and the lengthening of the time spent at resorts by a certain part of tourists, which led to the formation of a new type of tourism, classified as "remote work without interruption from rest" (Eng. job + leisure).
