Description
Data of figure 9 includes: (9b.csv) thermomechanical noise spectra at different temperatures obtained using a spectrum analyzer. The x-axis is centered at the fundamental resonance frequency of each spectrum for comparison. (9c.csv) temperature extracted by integrating the area under the peak at each temperature with the standard deviation.
