A STUDY OF CORRELATION BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION AND ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOUR OF SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHERS

It is seen that the education process plays an important role in raising the rate of national income and the progress graph of the nation.  But the learning process depends on the teachers who are committed to achieve this.  If teachers do not commit to the profession and work honestly, national development can be hampered.  If the teachers work excellently and effectively, we can confidently talk about the future of our nation.  Therefore, the importance of teachers in the education process needs to be given more importance to their needs.
