- The file manuscript.R calls a series of OpenCOVID model functions to generate all outputs presented in the paper Kelly et al. (2022) COVID-19 vaccine booster strategies in light of emerging viral variants: Frequency, timing, and target groups.
- The file plotting.R calls all plotting functions for figures presented in teh main manuscript and Supplementary Materials of Kelly et al. (2022).
- A detailed description of the OpenCOVID model including model equations is provided in Shattock et al. (2022) and Le Rutte, Shattock et al. (2022).
- Open access source code for the OpenCOVID model used in this study is publicly available at https://github.com/SwissTPH/OpenCOVID
