Weathering controls on the Phanerozoic phosphate cycle

The biogeochemical model described in S. Sharoni & I. Halevy (2022) "Weathering controls on the Phanerozoic phosphate cycle," Nature Geoscience

This set of Matlab scripts runs our statistical geologic model for the last 550 Ma and plots selected outputs. 

The model draws parameters and time-dependent factors from distributions that represent the uncertainty in their value.

As a matter of courtesy, we request that people using this code please cite Sharoni and Halevy (2022). 

In the interest of an "open source" approach, we also request that authors who use and modify the code, please send a copy of the papers and modified code to the corresponding authors: shlomit.sharoni@weizmann.ac.il and itay.halevy@weizmann.ac.il.
