Description

HPN-SSH is a series of modifications to OpenSSH, the predominant implementation of the ssh protocol. These modifications greatly increase throughput on high bandwidth networks by dynamically adjusting SSH's flow control mechanism to meet network needs. HPN-SSH also optimizes host resources through the use of threaded ciphers and optimizations to buffer handling. Lastly, it enhances the user experience by allowing for the resumption of interrupted SCP transfers and providing in-line network telemetry for diagnostics.
