Snapshot data and code repository for the research study: Investigating the thermal state of permafrost with Bayesian inverse modeling of heat transfer

Note that borehole data from the Parson's Lake "T5 Upland" borehole site is not included and must be directly requested from the Geological Survey of Canada (contact: sharon.smith@NRCan-RNCan.gc.ca and sharon.smith@NRCan-RNCan.gc.ca).

Simulation and inference outputs are also not included here, in the interest of minimizing the size of the data file. The input files and code should be sufficient to reproduce these results.
