Description

Snapshot data and code repository for the research study: Investigating the thermal state of permafrost with Bayesian inverse modeling of heat transfer

Borehole data from Samoylov Island are sourced from an internal database but are also published here.

Borehoel data from the Bayelva, Svalabard station are sourced from an internal database but are also published here.

Borehole from the Barrow North Meadow Lake 2 borehole are sourced from GIPL Alaska.

Borehole data from the Parson's Lake "T5 Upland" borehole site is not included and must be directly requested from the Geological Survey of Canada (contact: sharon.smith@NRCan-RNCan.gc.ca and sharon.smith@NRCan-RNCan.gc.ca).
