Computational modelling and near-complete kinetochore tracking reveal how chromosome dynamics during cell division are co-ordinated in space and time
Description
Dataset of Human RPE1 cells expressing Ndc80-eGFP imaged via lattice light sheet microscopy (LLSM) at high temporal resolution (2.05s per z stack) over long timescales (up to 15 mins). To accompany Harrison et al, 2022, "Computational modelling and near-complete kinetochore tracking reveal how chromosome dynamics during cell division are co-ordinated in space and time" https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.12.16.472953
