SYNTHESIS OF N-TOSYL-, (N,N-DIALKYLAMINOACETYL)-BENZОTHIAZOLIN-2-ONE AND THEIR FUNGICIDAL ACTIVITY

Arylsulfonylation  reaction  of   benzothiazolin-2-one  with p-methyl-benzenesulfochloride  in  the  presence of  triethylamine was  carried  out  and  formation  of    N-tosylbenzothiazol-2-one  was  observed.

It  was  shown  that  the  synthesized  N-tosylbenzothiazol-2-one  and  (N,N-dialkyl-aminoacetyl)-benzоthiazolin-2-ones  have  fungicidal  activity  against  pathogenic  fungi  Fusarium  oxysporum, aspergillus  niger  at  different  concentrations  by  disk  diffusion method.
