During his career, Badruddin Ayni held responsible positions in the administrative department of the Sultanate for several years. He was also a teacher and advisor to some sultans on religious and social issues. An important role in the stabilization of the religious and social environment in the sultanate was played by the fact that he was a qadi of the Hanafi madhhab, which was one of the four madhhabs that operated in the sultanate. In the Mamluk Sultanate of Egypt, he served as a spiritual bridge between the two layers, that is, between the sultans and the people
