Description
Supplemental material to the study "β subunits of GABAA receptors form proton-gated chloride channels: Insights into the molecular basis", published in Communications Biology.
The upload contains the raw electrophysiology data as well as Molecular Dynamics simulation data. Two simulations systems were created containing the GABAA channel harbouring a protonated and deprotonated H267, respectively. For each system, a compressed Gromacs trajectory containing the concatenated MD data (.xtc), a representative conformation (.pdb) and a .tpr file have been uploaded.
