ON THE CONTINUOUS MINIMAX PROBLEM FOR CLASS QUADRATIC FUNCTIONS

In the paper we consider continuous minimax problem for class quadratic functions. In the nonsmooth optimization problem some properties of maximum function are studied. The conditions for existence and uniquely of solution are obtained. The necessary and sufficient conditions of optimality are  researched.
