Creators
Description
The organizational forms of companies have undergone a successive change from a hierarchical structure to a more decentralized and organic structure, where quick adaptation to the environment is possible. This chapter starts with a presentation of theories dealing with the organizational form of companies and their development into a network structure. This leads to the problem discussion regarding internationalization in a network-based world.
