PRINCIPLES OF STRATEGIC PLANNING ON AN INNOVATIVE BASIS

The informatization of society, the globalization of the economy and the development of innovations require a systematic in-depth study, multifaceted analysis of the activities, management and forecasting of economic entities in line with the principles of the new systemic paradigm. The article is devoted to the application of new directions of economic theory in strategic planning. The shortcomings of traditional and evolutionary economic theory in terms of strategic planning are highlighted. It is proposed to use elemental topology such as Action Strategy in the development of strategic plans to ensure the implementation of the measures identified in the plan, the content of the formed principles of strategic planning, the mission, views and objectives of the economic system.
