Online survey among an online sample of people living in Switzerland, on how the Swiss population was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic and how it thinks about the government's responses

Two data files in csv and sav formats, codebook and metadata along DDI Standard

Notes

Not all variables listed in the codebook are made available. More data will be made released in the future. Replication materials for the paper on vaccination preferences can be accessed here: https://forsbase.unil.ch/project/study-public-overview/17467/2/ .

Data use

I hereby commit myself

1.    to inform the data provider in written form about the research question(s) and the intended analyses (brief description) no later than at the time of data transfer.

2.    to comply with current laws and regulations on data protection when working with the data, and not to undertake any effort to identify individuals based on the data.

3.    to use the data carefully, considering the associated documentation and specifications.

4.    not to make the data available to a third party. In a research team, all users have to sign the contract individually.

5.    not to link the data with other individual data and not to use the data for commercial purposes.

 

Publications and methodological principals

6.    not to publish results based on less than 5 observations.

7.    to forward or publish the results of my analyses in such a way that individual persons remain unidentifiable.

8.    To provide a copy of all publications to the survey coordinators

9.    to cite all used data and documents conforming with accepted scientific standards. In case of publication of the results, the data provider is informed and any copies of publications, papers, and/or presentations based in whole or in part on the data is transferred.
