Science Europe Reaction to the Council Conclusions on Research Assessment and the Implementation of Open Science Policies

The Council of the European Union has released its Conclusions on Research Assessment and the Implementation of Open Science Policies. Science Europe calls for greater consideration to be given to the need for authors and research organisations to retain intellectual property rights, and to support the move towards Diamond Open Access.
