This deliverable introduces and describes the Capacity Building Resources developed within the REFLOW project.It highlights a set of resources organised according to a Capacity Building Pathway: Get inspired, Get informed, Get connected and Get Equipped. The Deliverable also introduces a toolkit to support city stakeholders in organising theirowncapacity building strategy to beimplementedas part of theircircular city strategy.
