Description
R code and data (in .rds format) for reproducing the analyses in "Cell-specific imputation of drug connectivity mapping with incomplete data", an earlier version of which appears at https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.08.10.231720v2. The manuscript demonstrates that using cell-specific methods to impute missing data for transcriptomic drug repositioning via connectivity mapping is more effective than methods that ignore cell type. Such approaches enhance the potential to apply connectivity mapping more effectively to identify compounds for a wider range of clinical applications.
