Modeling codes and dataset  for "Rapid Quasi-Periodic Oscillations in the Relativistic Jet of the Blazar BL Lacertae".

Developed on Python 3.8.

mcmc_run.py is used for mcmc fitting. 

FinalCode.py is used for generating the final fitting plot in the paper. 

mcmc_sampler.pkl is the mcmc sampler we used in paper. 

turbulenceprofile.dat is the the profile for turbulence we used in paper.
