Video S1: Glutamate addition to Fluo-4AM loaded IPO13+/+ D14 cells. Glutamate (1000 μM) was added to IPO13+/+ D14 cells, followed by 300 mM KCl. 

Video S2: Glutamate addition to Fluo-4AM loaded IPO13-/- D14 cells. Glutamate (1000 μM) was added to IPO13-/- D14 cells, followed by 300 mM KCl.
