Description
Four now dyes have been prepared by condensing the 7-lodoibiolndoxyl with oinnamaldehyde, anisaldahyde, salicylaidehydo, and vanillin, respectively. Their dyeing and ether properties have been studied and compared with those of analogous 5-iodo dyes.
