  • 1. Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin

Description

The lecture and workshop were held at the "Bundeskongress der Altphilologen 2022". The working group "Digitally supported research-based learning - close to the future profession" was announced as follows:

In this working group we will discuss the didactic design of research-based learning and its possible applications in the study of Classics. For this purpose we will deal with the following questions:

  • What is research-based learning?
  • In which phases of research-based learning can digital elements be used?
  • How can it be implemented in teaching?
  • How do we measure success or failure?

After an introduction to the underlying theory, we will show how the didactic design of research-based learning can be planned, accompanied and evaluated with digital support and what added value it can have for the development of professional competence of future teachers and researchers. Finally, we would like to discuss the opportunities and challenges of research-based learning with the participants.
