Potential Anticonvulsant Drugs-I Synthesis of Substituted-𝛾-Aminobutyrophenones

A number of 4-(4'-Acetamidophenyl)-\(\gamma\)-substituted butyrophenones has been synthesised and their anticonvulsant properties evaluated. Some of them have shown promising effects.
