EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE SYSTEM OF HUMAN ACTIVITY

The article deals with the methodological aspects of the problem of emotional intelligence. The concept of D. Goleman, the theory of multiple intelligences of G. Gardner are analyzed. It is impossible to reduce the intellectual development of a person only to IQ. The emotional-sensual side of the personality is the most important dimension of spiritual development. Particular attention is paid to the state of empathy - the mutual feeling of each other by individuals, as a special spiritual social relationship.
