Crossbill is an open access single objective light-sheet microscope. This repository complements the project. The project manuscript/preprint is available in bioRxiv at https://doi.org/10.1101/2021.04.30.442190. The accompanying software is available in github at https://github.com/KozorovitskiyLaboratory/crossbill
