Replication materials for "Contrasting Influences of Biogeophysical and Biogeochemical Impacts of Historical Land Use on Global Economic Inequality" (Minor Revision in Nature Communications)

The materials in the repository show country-level surface air temperature (SAT), GDP per capita growth rate, and GDP per capita for the counterfactual world without the (biogeophysical) BGP and (biogeochemical) BGC impacts of land-use and land-cover change (LULCC).

The factual world with LULCC is represented by SAT reanalysis (ERA5 or MERRA2) and economic statistics from World Bank.
