A New Translation of the Kjolmen inscription

This 4th edition is far better than the 3 previous versions. I feel very good about it. I have gotten so much better at what I'm doing that I can now take the initial deductions to the place of a very accurate linguistic paper. I have changed my etymology of Zesas back to how I initially had it in my notebook, with the root meaning "to flow; flow up" not "pointed/projecting", and the evidence for this new etymology is quite excellent, it sure looks right. I have removed a lot of work which will reappear in a separate paper (on the etymology of PIE *treyes and Thracian Tralis etc.); I have big-time improved the Aigekoa portion and have improved very significantly the Asn portion. The rest of the paper is the same, except for a few sentence adjustments in the Concluding portion.
