Bartolius pierrei Cremonte, 2001

Hosts: Larus dominicanus Lichtenstein, Calidris canutus rufa (Wilson). Site of infection: intestine.

Localities: Fracasso beach and Colombo beach (Península Valdés) and Rada­Tilly, Chubut Province;

Punta Medanosa and Punta Loyola, Santa Cruz Province. Life history: Hi1 and Hi2: Darina solenoides (King).

Material deposited: MLP, 4791–4793, BMNH.
