Holotype: QM F24121 (illustrated in the original description, Figs. 1–4); photographed in Cann & Sadlier (2017:144) and Joseph-Ouni et al. (2020:10, Pl. 1a, 1b, 4a, 5a, 6a, 7, 8a, 8b, 9); no paratypes designated.
