Dataset on Off-Axis holography images of the MINEON device at different potential bias values

Description

Dataset of Off-Axis holography images that show to us how the electron beam's phase is modified aquiring an azimuthally changing phase profile, confirming the presence of an electron vortex beam. In this dataset we recorded phase images of the electron beam in at different values of the potential bias between the two main tips of the MINEON/chopstic electrostatic device. It is possible to see how the phase scales linearly with increasing potential bias difference, i.e., the electron vortex beam's OAM increases as the bias increases
