Data for the manuscript: "Assimilating aerosol optical properties related to size and absorption from POLDER/PARASOL with an ensemble data assimilation system" at Atmospheric Chemistry and Physics.

The tar file contains two folders. The folder Experiments contains all the ECHAM-HAM simulations. Each experiment has an ensemble mean (ensmean) and an ensemble standard deviation (ensstd) file. Aerosol optical properties are provided in 3-hourly basis for the period 2006-07-20 00:00:00 to 2006-08-29 00:00:00. Aerosol column burden is provided as the temporal mean (timmean) for the same period. The folder POLDER contains all the aerosol optical properties along with their uncertainty in 3-hourly basis for the same period.
