An online Open Consultation, that was open between November 22nd and December 22nd, 2021, aimed to give all Netherlands stakeholders the opportunity to reflect on the NPOS2030 Ambition Document of the Netherlands National Programme Open Science (NPOS). NPOS aims to coordinate the transition to Open Science in the Netherlands, bringing together national stakeholders in the Netherlands. The NPOS Ambition Document will form the first chapters of the new NPOS2030 Programme Description.

This report aims to analyse the response to the Open Consultation on the Draft NPOS 2030 Ambition Document. It responds to three key questions:

1. What is the support for the NPOS 2030 Ambition Document?
2. What did respondents suggest to improve regarding the four elements in the NPOS 2030?
3. What do respondents advise to onboard in the draft Rolling Agenda of NPOS 2030?

The feedback received in this consultation helps the NPOS Steering Board and the Programme Line Leads to start filling in actions for each of their Key Lines of Action for the coming years, thus creating a rolling agenda for the NPOS Programme for the next decade.
