Nishada flabrifera Moore, 1878, Proc. Zool. Soc. Lond., 1878: 23 (Type locality: [India] Calcutta district). Material examined. India. Assam: Jatinga, 21.IX.2008, 2males. Meghalaya: Shella, 03.IX.2008, 1male. Mizoram: Thingsul, 18.IX.2009, 3males. (Coll. Joshi, R. & Singh, N.) (Reg. No. PUP /RJ – 107).
Distribution. India (Nilgiris, Travancore, Kolkata) (Kirti & Singh 2015), North East India (new record); Nepal (Kishida, 1995), China (Fang 2000), Sri Lanka, Burma, Thailand, Java (Černý & Pinratana 2009); Laos, Peninsular Malaysia (Bucsek 2012)
Remarks. The species is reported for the first time from North East India.
