Meteorus affinis (Wesmael, 1835)

Material examined. Hamadan province, Nahavand, 34°14′N 48°14′E, 1♀, May 2012. New record for Iran.

Distribution outside Iran. Armenia, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, former Czechoslovakia, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Korea, Madeira Islands, Romania, Russia, former Yugoslavia (Stigenberg and Ronquist 2011; Yu et al. 2012), Belgium (Wesmael 1835 as Perilitus affinis; Yu et al. 2012), Finland (Yu et al. 2012; Stigenberg 2013; Stigenberg and Hansen 2013), Norway, Sweden (Yu et al. 2012; Stigenberg and Hansen 2013), France, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, UK (Stigenberg and Ronquist 2011; Yu et al. 2012; Stigenberg 2013), Hungary (Papp 2008; Yu et al. 2012), Turkey (Yilmaz et al. 2010; Yu et al. 2012).

Host records. Archips oporana (Linnaeus) (Lepidoptera: Tortricidae), Dahlica fennicella (Soumalainen), D. lichenella (Linnaeus), Luffia ferchaultella (Stephens), Psyche casta Pallas, Siederia alpicolella (Rebel), S. listerella (Linnaeus), Taleporia tubulosa (Retzius) (Lepidoptera: Psychidae), Infurcitinea argentimaculella (Stainton) (Lepidoptera: Tineidae), Scoparia basisytrigalis Knaggs (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) (Yu et al. 2012). Stigenberg and Hansen (2013) reported Infurcitinea argentimaculella (Stainton) (Lepidoptera: Tineidae).
