Montana taurica Bolivar 1899
Description
Montana taurica (Bolívar, 1899) — Fig. 7 D.
Locality: Turkey, Corum, 10–12 km W Corum (N 40°34', E 34°52'), 28–29.vii.1983 (Ciplak et al. 2002). In the calling song, pairs of syllables (di-syllabic echemes) follow each other in a dense sequence (intervals of 20 ms without wing movement between echemes; Fig. 7 D). Only in the first syllable a very soft opening hemisyllable can be detected (recording of wing movement in OSF).
