Lasioglossum (Evylaeus) subfulvicorne subfulvicorne: Svensson et al. 1977: 222, Figs 15–17 (♂); Ebmer 1982: 213, Photo 4 in Taf. Evylaeus (Fratevylaeus) subfulicornis subfulvicornis: Pesenko 2007b: 83 (in key), 89 (in key), 106, Figs 59–61 (♂).

Diagnosis. This species is similar to L. fratellum (Pérez) from Europe to eastern Asia (the nominotypical subspecies from Europe to eastern Siberia, and the ssp. betulae Ebmer from eastern Asia). It is separated from L. fratellum by the following character states: head nearly as long as wide in both sexes; disc of female T2 with silkydull luster and distinct lineolattion; and ventral retrorse lobe of male genitalia small, flat, narrowly triangular, and pointed at apex. In contrast, L. fratellum has the head egg-shaped in both sexes (length/width ratio 1.05–1.1); disc of female T2 nearly polished on most part; and ventral retrorse lobe of male genitalia large, relatively broad, elongate elliptical, narrowed subapically, at apex curved backward or posteroventrad at acute angle (Pesenko 2007b).
