Description
Webbased learning is the most effective strategy in delivering the best training to the maximum number of learners at the lowest cost. Fifteen modules in different webbased instructional strategies viz. OT, OTswSRM and OTOC have been developed. The results of the study reveal that the performance of elearners on Communicative English through internet is very much encouraging.
