Archipsylla Handlirsch, 1906 (type genus), Archipsyllodes Vishniakova, 1976; Archipsyllopsis Vishniakova, 1976; Bittacopsocus Beutel, Prokop, Müller et Pohl gen. nov.; Burmopsylla Liang, Zhang and Liu, 2016; Eopsylla Vishniakova, 1976; Mydioganthus Yoshizawa and Lienhard, 2016 and Psocorrhyncha Huang et al., 2016.
