Type material: * Holotype (BMNH 1961.16.73-74).
Type locality: South Atlantic Ocean, South Africa, Knysna Estuary, – 34°18’57”S, 33°26’ 44”E, sandy mud, intertidal.
Records: Only known from the type locality.
