Distribution: Antarctica (Scotia Sea); off La Plata River (Uruguay) (Child 1982, 1994a). Uruguayan records: Child (1982, as A. cuculum): RV Atlantis II, cruise 60, sts 237 and 240). Depth 993– 2323 m.
