The FAIRplus project: FAIR put into practice

This presentation was given during the Festival of Genomics and Biodata 2022.
Putting FAIR principles into practice proves to be a complex task that requires expert knowledge in very different fields. The FAIRplus project aims to develop tools and documentation to make data more FAIR. The FAIRplus’ process of “doing FAIR” is presented which was developed while putting FAIR in practice for several IMI projects. Furthermore, the FAIR Cookbook, Dataset Maturity Model and Data Catalog are explained.
This project has received funding from the Innovative Medicines Initiative 2 Joint Undertaking under grant agreement No. 802750. This Joint Undertaking receives support from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation and EFPIA companies.
