Dendrochronological research timbers Bracara Augusta (Portugal)
Description
Report and tree-ring dataset in Heidelberg/text format of two oak (Quercus sp.) samples from boards found as foundation under the city wall of Bracara Augusta (current Braga), in Portugal. These samples were researched within the scope of the NWO-funded project Filling in the blanks in European dendrochronology.
NOTE: The boards are described in the report as being from a shipwreck, which is not correct.
