A collection of metabolite and chemical names reported by Metabolon Inc. in the supplementary tables of open-access full-text articles from the PMC database. Many entries can be duplicate because of chemical name variants.

"metabolon_data_dictionary_PMC_OA_subset_1.22.2022.csv" has RT and MASS information and additional un-identified compounds.
