Description

Schwannoma or benign tumor of the myelin sheath which are rare and can be functioning or non-functioning that are difficult to diagnose preoperatively. Visceral schwannoma in the adrenal region is extremelyrare, accounting for only 0.7% of the adrenal tumors. Here we report such a rare case of Adrenal schwanomma in 40 years old female patient withhypothyroidism.
