Description: The dataset survey_results.csv comprises survey data from the following sources: AVASUS, CNES, CBO, and a questionnaire applied to 720 AVASUS course participants. The objective of this paper was to assess the impacts of the educational offerings on health services and AVASUS course participants' professional practice. A total of 720 AVASUS users enrolled in different courses answered the questionnaire. These data can be used for impact analysis in the Brazilian health system, especially those related to health training. Finally, the data dictionary is presented in Table 1.
